Possble to SE this $800 HP laptop? - Markers69 - 12-09-2021
Hey, so I got a HP laptop in my possession from Staples because they have refused multiple times to refund or send a replacement to me. So I was wondering, what could be a possible method for this? I have claimed that package didn't arrive, then I said that it has arrived but only copy paper in it.
Also, is there like an HP claim system or something? Similar to Nvidia and Logitech?

Basicl just saying that my order has not arrived, they made me file an investigation, then I said only copy paper came, they still said to make an investigation.
I might try battery leak 2moro. If anything ima say that it came and ima just try ftid or smth

I strongly suggest to wait for the outcome - It may well be approved. Also and most Importantly, changing your story once again, will undoubtedly raise suspicion.

I prolly called and chatted staples like 20 times and they keep saying the same thing. I told them "I know I dont have to file an investigation it is on the merchant" I even called FedEx about this and they said they same thing. Ima prolly get them both on a call because my brain is starting to die from this shit.

Request your claim be escalated to a senior level. If they still refuse to comply, take your complaint by writing to the CEO:
