Help with FTID on amazon - shanabruh - 12-06-2021

Hello,

I need help for a FTID that I tried on amazon germany
I asked a professional seller to do an FTID for me with DHL germany.
Appears that DHL tried to deliver the package but wasn't able to. Now the item is sent back to the sender (me)

Is there anything I can do to get a refund ?

Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you !

In future, avoid using that piece of trash of a method.

Hey bro, I had the same situation happen to me on amazon de and basically i went on chat and said something like "Hey, i've returned my item but still didn't get a refund, is it possible to check status?" and that's all got refunded on chat. Also heard when people have that they just say "I've called DHL and they told me the package got delivered but the tracking glitched" or something alongst those lines.

It's a good approach and certainly worth trying, but It depends whether the rep takes It further by Investigating the shipment with the carrier.

how do you suggest we do LIT? Do we use the disappearing ink or ink smear method where we print on a clear sheet and press it against the label so that anything that touches it fucks the label

When i tried amazon.de refund using fresh account (1000 euros order) i paid for LIT premium service, i went to the chat to get German DHL label, 2 days after ship lost in transit

Im not in the EU though, I am USA. Can you refer me to who did this for you?
