In-Store SE getting charged again - SoulOfThe90s - 12-03-2021 I have a question regarding doing in-store SEs, say with the sealed box method. If you orignally paid with a card because the item was too high value to pay with cash, is there a chance they would charge the card again after having already given a refund (or would they even be able to track that item back to me in the first place considering it's in-store?). I am not exactly familiar with how card payments work in terms of whether the stores keep the data on it, or if it would require the card reader machine each time, so if someone could educate me on this or point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
