Interested in doing a refund for ikea. Anyone know if it's easy or hard?

I've SEd IKEA a very long time ago (15+ years), via In-store SEing with a small coffee table using the sealed box method.

The box was not manufactured with a factory seal, but rather with clear tape on every opening. The only thing I had to replicate accurately, was the plastic strips securing the box due to Its weight - which I took It to work and used their strapping machine and metal clips. I replaced the table with telephone books (Yellow Pages) and a few other useless bits & pieces, matched the weight and took It to the customer service counter.

Given there was no signs of tampering whatsoever, an Instant refund was provided. Their operations haven't changed much nowadays, so I'd assume they'd still be vulnerable.
