APPLE SE - qEpsilon - 11-23-2021

Was gonna do an actual SE on apple and FTID them when they ask for a return, they normally give a return slip in the package im pretty sure, to FTID it i have to edit it, so how would i do that? anything i can ask to get apple to send me an online version of the return slip.

Edit:
another question, is it better to box them or FTID them? when boxing ill place something of similar weight. for FTID ill do FTID3. And for FTID should i use the same box they gave me (they would then know its for an iphone repair) or just use a random box? and for boxing does dry ice have to be used (is it better) or can something else of similar weight be used.
Any ideas @mothered ?

I assume you're planning to SE a phone.

If so, what's the description and precise weight?

IPhone 13 Pro Max, “sending it in for repair” but i won’t and will just box or ftid it, it’s around 413 grams. will boxing or ftid be better?

I don't support the FTID, so boxing Is my recommendation.

ignoring your hatred for FTID, do you think FTID will be the better outcome regardless of the flaws it has, because i have no dry ice.

thanks for the replies.

If It were Amazon, I'd say It "may" have a chance to succeed.

Do note that Apple have what's called a "one-time exception" per account, whereby they do not require the Item be returned. It's a hidden policy that they don't disclose to the general public. Essentially, you'd need to speak with someone on a senior level and request It.
