I know it is common knowledge what I´m going to say but here is a quick tutorial on how to SE basically anything you have that is broken and you would like a "repair".
1) Order the exact same item, (better if you use a different address, different card and different name)
2) Swap the new item for your old item
3) Return old item
I know it´s something silly and that most people know but it´s the easiest SE ever and it´s good start if you´re uncomfortable with DNA or other methods.
