UK Amazon refund with OTP - sea salt - 10-28-2021
Hello,
I have an order being delivered later around £250 and around 100g with packaging. It is being delivered with other items, but requires an OTP. Whats the best way forward with this one? My account is 10/11 years old and frequently used, and have only had a few refunds but usually directly through sellers. Can I EB this and say I am missing an item? whats the best course of action. thanks
It now appears the high value item and the other items are in two separate packages

Its an external drive, weighing around 70g itself and around 30g with the packaging/accessories.

It actually also ended up arriving in a box with 3 or 4 other items, and in a shipment of around 8 or 9 things.
Used missing Item manufacturer error as its a solid box with lots of other large bits, replacement has been accepted. thanks for your blog and all your tips.
