DNA vs EB - jmewdscnt - 10-27-2021
Hi Everyone,
I've bought an item from a major music retailer via their Ebay store.
The item weighs only 2.5 grams, so it would be unfortunate if the box came empty, if you know what I mean. But, at the same time, the item was sent via Parcelforce and did not require a signature, so it would be a shame if it never turned up.
Which imaginary scenario would you prefer to happen? I would prefer not to involve Paypal, if possible.

This Is an Ideal opportunity to use the missing Item method.
The DNA can be used with any Item of reasonable size and weight, so save It for another SE.

Thank you for your prompt reply. If the box did arrive empty, what would I say to the retailer? Simply 'I opened the box and there was nothing in it'? Or is there something else I should mention? Still fairly new to this.

It seems to have worked, and they've asked me to return the original packaging. The've asked me whether the box was sealed when it arrived. What should I say? The box was only sealed with a small piece of round tape, rather than being wrapped, if that makes a difference.
