SE NorthFace - NAMELESS654 - 10-04-2021

Does anyone know if PEB works on northface? (UK)

Hey I just did it in my other post and it worked. I only said 3 were in the box out of 8 and they refunded the others after some water works. They didn’t even investigate they did it right on the phone for me. $650 worth out of the order I kept like $80 worth

I planned to SE a £560 parka jacket. idk if that would work though if they track the weight of the parcel

Weights and dimensions are taken at the carrier's depot for record keeping and cost of freight.

The jacket Is too heavy for the missing Item/partial method, and If an Investigation Is opened, the SE will fail.

And what items did you say were missing? im interested to see how large and heavy they were

Would the 1996 retro nuptuse jacket work? it weighs 700g and it packs into itself so dimensions shouldnt matter too much

It's still too heavy.

For your reference, when using the missing Item/partial method, the weight should not exceed 120 grams - and that's pushing It to Its limit. This Is based on an Investigation opened and the weight cross-checked with the carrier's records. There have been times where 1 kg Items have succeeded, but that's due to reps not following protocol when assessing the claim.

I don’t want to give away everything I got but one was the retro jacket. The items I claimed missing were all jackets and a hat.

It seems like you've got lucky. If an investigation would have been opened, the SE would fail, as mothered stated above.
