Best method and store for monitor SE? - kylestevens349 - 09-28-2021

I want to refund a monitor and want to know the best store and method. Assume I don't have any accounts for any websites, so essentially I will have a fresh account with 0 orders on whatever store/site I end up ordering from. I live in the US and the monitor I have in mind is relatively cheap because this is my first time refunding/SEing and is less than $400. What store is the best for this(for example amazon, best buy, walmart, newegg, etc.)? I don't really want to do DNA(unless a store doesn't require a police report) because I might have to file a police report and I don't want to since this is my first time. The monitor is about 8 lbs and empty box method definitely won't work. What method is the best for this?

Sorry to say it, but either dna or ftid, or if you were feeling brave you could get the monitor instore and do a sealed box method.

Quote:I will have a fresh account with 0 orders on whatever
I strongly suggest making a couple of purchases prior to hitting the SE.

It's fine to file one.

A PR Is simply used for administration purposes to move forward with the claim.
