Help finishing FTID amazon refund - Gelbux - 09-28-2021
This is my first time i make my own FTID refund, its international order, i went to the chat to ask for usa label ups drop off and hire ftid box, now tracking number shows delivered in another state, now what, do i have to wait 14 days since the date of delivered and ask for refund or what do you recommend me to tell after the 14 days?

Has there been any communication with the seller regarding the item being received? If not, I would wait for with or until the 14 day period has past before contacting them

Just enquire saying that you have not received a refund yet and was wondering if they are still processing it
