How to proceed with this particular DNA? - kogama - 09-25-2021

So there's a particular clothing website I like, I think their customer service is pretty good but for every DNA they do a 4 day investigation, usually with fedex

I always use either my first name, middle name and always last name and a different phone number and device
I have to use the same address since I don't have any other place to send it to, I try to change the spelling of the address here and there

So I've used now for this website both my first, middle and two variation of my address as well as both phone numbers and different emails

First was a test the waters missing item 1 of X

Next was a DNA of a couple items

___

I'm hoping some of the more experienced members can give some advice. Is it too risky for me to attempt a second DNA at this address knowing it will be with fedex again?

If so, do I try to change my name (billing must be a version of my real name though since I don't want to buy a gift card)

Do I just use my regular name and number?

Should I misspell my address (does this even help if they have my name)?

Would a carrier/manufacturer get suspicious for 2 DNA at one address? I feel like they would but most of experience was many years ago.

You could try using a vcc, if they accept paypal you could try that, you could use a drop address, and probably more but I'm only a beginner, gl

When was the last DNA performed?

Stating the obvious, why not opt for another method?

Probably a month ago, thought about waiting for holidays or something too

What other method can I use if I want to acquire a bunch of items? I can do missing items on 1 or 2 pieces but I’m not sure how to get a bunch using this same address as I don’t have any others I can use

As long as the first DNA didn't Involve any major complications, If you wait a couple of weeks or so, you'll be fine with the second DNA.

If It was a legit claim, there'd be no Issues, so the same applies to your SE.

I wasn't aware that you're planning to SE multiple Items.

How many In total?

So there were no complications, their investigation I never hear anything from fedex or them until they just ask me if I found the package then ask if I want a refund, I did around 9 items

Was hoping to do the same again as I'm planning on moving from this address not too long from now so I wanted to make the most of it but just not sure if because it went smoothly once it will go smoothly the next time, especially with billing address being the same

most I can see myself doing is messing the address up a bit with typo or something

It's good that there were no complications Involved - It gives little to no reason to deem the second DNA suspicious.

It's not as though you've abused the account with an Influx of returns.

If there's no Inconsistencies with the second DNA and given the first one went smoothly, they'd have no reason to cross-check and compare each one.

I value your opinion very highly.

If you were in my situation and you only had these two options, which would you rather do or is there a similar variation you would make off these when constrained with address?

A) Use the account, name, address, phone number, device etc you used in the first DNA and do the second on that as well...the cost of the DNA is maybe twice the last one

B) Make a new account, same address unfortunately, maybe make a typo in it? change name, billing remains same (otherwise CC denial), do DNA this way

I'd opt for point A.

As discussed, you haven't performed a high volume of refunds, but rather only claiming a second DNA with good timing between each one. If you apply every measure to ensure your SE Is executed without raising suspicion, I don't see how and why It will trigger major complications to the point of failure. Many legit claims under similar circumstances have succeeded, hence It's no different to this SE.
