ASUS SE - wizzyto - 09-23-2021
hello there, i recently SE asus with SN method, they gave me a return label, I hired an FTID service and everything went well, the package could not be found
they raised a report to FEDEX and after the time was up and in the end they couldn't find the package.
They are asking me for an invoice, but I think this is where all the effort can fail, I already told you that the person who gave it to me died of covid
They tell me that they cannot proceed to anything without an invoice, when I was talking with the representative he told me that the serial number that appears that it was sold in some walmart or samsclub, but it could have been sold anywhere.
they offered me a check from fedex for 100 dlls, but I didn't accept it, the cost of the computer is 2k but without an invoice they can't do much they told me
What do you suggest I do? any advice?

ok ill use this, but I have a question regarding that.
They are going to tell me to send it again because it cannot be opened, do I keep sending the same damaged file every time they ask?
