Failed refund - fixing - Toni0310 - 09-18-2021
Hello everyone, I am looking for someone who is willing to fix my failed refund. We can make deal on %. Its about Valentino shoes which were paid 460€. Its paid with paypal but due to some problems we weren’t able to refund it. Store is MatcheFashion and I am in Europe. Its international shipping, but if someone is good enough and knows a method that will work, I am willing to pay.

I boguht refund service for it, they wanted scanned version of return label so it was obv FTID. Refunder is from UK so he tried to send it with his UPS collect center. He packed something idk and sent it with my return label. On website when I type in tracking number it just says “Label created” and he contacted me saying because its Internationall shipping it affects his method and that he suggest to return the shoes legally. I already wore shoes so I can’t return them. I tried to FTID them myself, putting dry ice into box, but day later they are calling me from UPS saying box is empty and that they can’t send empty box into return. It is paypal with paypal so I just need package on their address, but because refunder already used my return label its not possible to send new package with same tracking. Hope everything is clear.

He should've been aware of It before offering his service and Initiating the SE.
