UK Clothing Refunds - jscullion - 09-14-2021

Hi Everyone

I'm looking to maybe get some free clothes or trainers. I remember doing partial refunds a few years ago pretty easily. Just claiming half the stuff never arrived but i recently got one rejected.

Has anybody got any good up to date methods or limits for any popular UK clothing site? Will i need to do DNA or anything?

Much thanks

What's the Item you're planning to SE, Inclusive of the weight?

Nothing concrete but thinking along the lines of kids clothes and maybe trainers too.

When i did it a few years ago i ordered like 16 items and said half didnt arrive(then after i got my refund i returned the other half) and that worked lovely but no joy lately

No problem at all.

When you're ready to hit the SE, please let us know.

Claims management and staff training & awareness, have tightened over the years, which pretty much explains your previous success and lack of It nowadays.

Yeah im ready to go whenever to be honest. I'm more looking for methods and what kind of limits to go for etc.
Only thing i'm not too keen on screwing over local delivery guys if it can be avoided

There are no hard and fast rules with limits - too many variables Involved.

Name the company, Inclusive of the maturity of your account and the transactions/SEs performed, as well as the Item you wish to SE, and we'll work from there.

Absolutely.

Obviously the DNA will be responsible, but If It's a one-off Incident, your SE will not have an Impact on the driver.

I dont have any existing account on clothes sites, not ones that i havent burned in the past anyway.
Somewhere like Zalando would be good if theres a method for a raw account.

Thats good i dont mind robbing the Bezoz of this world just dont like the little guy to get in trouble

Apart from the DNA, the method Is based on the nature of the Item.

Name the Item, Inclusive of Its weight, and we'll work from there.

The method is exchange FTID, it's on scan so as soon as the package is scanned your refund will be processed.
Also partial return of an order is also FTID.
