Why is $2000 the limit for refunding services? - gatescrusher - 09-09-2021

Looking around, I often read that $2,000 is the limit for Amazon.de (and similar stores) for a "secure" refund. Why do the providers of such refunding services say that?

What happens above 2,000 dollars? Does the investigation then become more likely or is the refund no longer approved?

I don't understand. With other stores the limit is sometimes $10,000, why is that?

Thanks for your clarification

"Secure" refund speaks for Itself.

They simply offer a service at that rate to help ensure minimal complications.

The higher the refund the higher risk. Higher refund orders may require a more though investigation. Refund services what quick easy methods so they outline a max limit based on experience of success.
NO reason why you couldn't personally try higher but you need to have a good understanding on what method is appropriate and likely to work
