ASOS AUS Refund - JXN - 09-05-2021
I have just brought $165 AUD worth of clothing on asos.com.au and i am just wondering what method would be the highest success rate, its 7 items of clothing. Will this be a pain in the ass to do because from what i’ve heard they are tight with their refund policy? Thankyou.

Probably take the patrial method I believe it is called? Claim a few of the cheaper items had arrived in the parcel but the more expensive items did not, I believe this is the most common method for apparel SE's but definitely do not quote me on that! haha

Even If you were to use the missing Item method, It will be very difficult (If not Impossible) to justify 7 different Items missing on the same order. Moreover, the combined weight will well and truly exceed the method's limit of 120 grams.
