This is kinda a tutorial, but more of just something i want to shire with you guys.
so i ordered an oculus quest 2 off wal mart and i let about... 3 weeks go by after it was delivered with no signature and went to their online support and was just really polite, but also at times around the end slightly worried about my package. i just said stuff like, i understand you guys are probably busy around this time..... and is there any way it just was lost, or someone forgot to ship it? and really quickly after i supplied them with my receipt they asked would like us to ship you out another one? i said i really dont want to risk this happening again, if i could just get the refund to purchase in store that would be great. and that was that ( they really honor Trusting the customer no matter what) im sure theres limits but yeah
also with BestBuy i did the same thing just a little different. i did the same day shipping... they use this company called shopify usually kids who dont give a shit about a signature. i ordered a dj mini 2 ($600+) and once i got that i waited a day or two and just asked where was my package? they say they will look into it. just stick to your guns and they will ask if you want another one.. do the same thing, unless they say they can only give you another device. that's what happened to me . i said ok that's fine the eventually just refunded me.
