Dhl dna - yungsans - 09-01-2021

Hey guys, its me again lol. I’m back asking for some help on a dna that I might of screwed up on. I met the driver at the door to receive the package, but I didn’t sign off for it. He just asked if the name on package was me and the address was right. Is there any way that I can still claim dna?

Since you didn't sign I think it will be a high chance to succeed however this depans the company you want Se with and product you want to SE.

The company is Shein. Have you ever done them before?

quick update: On the site it says I signed for it even though I never did… Is dhl known for drivers saying that the customer signed for their packages or no?

The driver's word holds no value when verifying deliveries, hence as far as you're concerned, the package was not handed to you.

Go ahead with the DNA.

DHL drivers are known to sign consignments themselves, particularly when they're running late for their schedule.

I experience It a few times a week.
