Hello everyone. I have many successful sees in various companies, including logitech (the easiest). I come to you with a question because I need a second monitor and I chose LG as my target. I have the serial number of one of the flagship monitors, but now I would like to know a few things before any attempt. Does LG really check or require invoices? Reason can be, for example, 7 bad pixels or is it better to write that the monitor does not start? Also better to write to them on live chat or phone call have more succes? I'd like to get a replacement immediately, butif not I can ftid them too.
