As tilte, i got a refunder to do this a while ago and i forgot if i have to wait 14 days since the refund started or 14 days after arrived. Which option is the correct one?

14 days after arrived. That's what Amazon customer service always tell me.

From scan works fine, you can also wait from delivery, its what i do anyway
