You've been wronged, what's next? - Nobel - 08-15-2021 I've been thinking about this topic since I was purposely badly wronged years ago. I wanted to let me anger out and attack the perpetrators physically immediately but I held myself back. I didn't want to ruin my future, at the time I came to the conclusion that enormous success would be the best revenge. but I still think about how I was wronged every day, I dream about it every night. I've been thinking lately should I find/align myself with people who can cause others physical harm for payment? Would it be possible for me to find someone like this any pay them completely anonymously? The main question I'm really asking here is what is the best course of action against someone that badly wronged you and simultaneously when you care deeply about your future but you also can not let someone badly wrong you without repercussions for your own mental sanity. another thing to note (for my case) is that they hurt me mainly inside of the law. RE: You've been wronged, what's next? - Oni - 08-15-2021 Vengeance comes at a cost. What risks you're willing to take, are entirely up to you. I wouldn't recommend it and we're not some sort of hitman marketplace. There's a risk you'll be caught, scammed, or end up supporting someone worse than the person you hate. Only worth it if you'd consider risking your own wellbeing. I am not fully aware of your situation but do understand the consequences of what vengeance brings. Focus on what "you" would like to achieve In life, as opposed to allowing others to play with your emotions. Not only have they hurt you, but they are now robbing your free time by allowing them to live in your thoughts. Again, I am not fully aware of OP's situation, but it seems like it would be best to just let it go. Once done, that pain is not going away. You won't feel better about it. Often, people end up aiming that anger and pain inwards towards themselves. If it is still affecting you deeply, I seriously recommend talking to someone about it. Perhaps a trained professional. I'm sure what you're feeling is normal, and completely justified. However, as you've said yourself, you don't want it to get in your way of success. RE: You've been wronged, what's next? - CYCA - 08-17-2021 Burn him with his whole family. So they can't take revenge on you later.
RE: You've been wronged, what's next? - sachaneedslove - 08-24-2021 Well, OP has two choices in my perspective. Either he satisfies himself by hurting the ones who have done him wrong OR disregard depression, anxiety and other BS then learn self improvement to show the people who shut him down that they are all trash and just ignore and forget about them. People come and go man, if they are pieces of sh*t then move to another place and block them. If you can't then find another way just to get out of that situation. When there is will, there is always a way man. Always strive for motivation and not depression. Trust me, its better to pick the second option I suggested since you won't be hurting others, and you get to improve yourself without being like them. It is really not worth it BUT the choice is still up to you.
