SE'ing w/ Warranty? - denisTenis - 08-13-2021

I purchased a laptop quite a long time ago from ebay, a "refunder" had to refund me it, but ghosted me instead after the return closed, that's when I learned all so called "refunders" are lazy *ucks, so to say. I still have warranty on the laptop and I was wondering could I send the laptop out for "repair" but really just FTID them?

Sorry for the late reply. XMG, they're located in Germany.

No problem at all.

I haven't dealt with them before, so In terms of your Intention to (seemingly) return the laptop using the said method, see If the company Is responsible/liable for loss of goods during shipment. If so, you're good to go. Do note that the FTID Is flawed with an array of Inconsistencies, so keep that In mind when formulating your SE.

Yeah, the company is quite unpopular, I'll check it. Thank you, kind sir.

One more question, what other methods could I possibly use for this type of situation? I'm reading up on FTID on your website, and it seems quite unsuccessful.

Given your Intention Is to claim the laptop Is defective and If you haven't started the SE as yet, you can use the disposed of the faulty Item or the leaking battery method.
