Farfetch refund - Toni0310 - 07-17-2021
Hello everyone, looking for someone with farfetch refunds experience.
I ordered sneakers that arrived 2 weeks ago. I picked up the sneakers in front of my house, but the deliveryman did not ask for any identification or signature, so I used the DNA method. After corresponding via email for a full 2 weeks, farfetch sent me a message today that it is not possible to make a refund because the shipment has been delivered to that address and they cannot do anything. Does anyone have any advice on what could I say in my favor, or is the case simply over?

The driver made the decision to leave the package unattended at your doorstep via his own volition, so he's responsible for loss of goods.

try ur best to make them feel liable for the item u never received. u can do this by saying something like. " just because the package says delivered on Ur machine doesn't mean I personally received it, maybe go into detail about how the driver shouldn't have left ur expensive package unattended. (there is no flaw in this method unless the company has good terms of service placing u liable for the lost package, if im correct. )
if nothing works you can always do the trusty PayPal resolution, this method usually takes at least 3 weeks because the company usually wont reply to ur claim . after they don't reply it will be under PayPal review. They will come to a conclusion based on the evidence u provide. From what ive heard paypal is very generous with refunds as long as ur not contradicting ur story its very high success rate.
