PP asking for a third party document - Roadman - 07-08-2021

Hello, rather stressful situation I've been put in. I said my electronic item was not as described and now pp have given me 10 days to submit a third party document and I'm quite worried. I never mentioned it was damaged.

Does anyone have a template for me and has anyone managed to successfully overcome this? If so, how?
