Hitting Guess - heterobigman - 07-07-2021

Hi guys, I'm contemplating on whether or not to hit guess.eu
And wanted to know if some of you have experience with them?

I've put 8 items in the basket that I'd want. Consisting of 4 t-shirts, 2 sweaters, 1 jacket and 1 pant (approx 380€ total)
Now I'd love to use the DNA or Empty box method, to keep all the stuff. But could settle for the partial method (if needed)

I haven't made the order yet and would love to hear some of you guys previous experience with guess, before jumping straight in.

It's extremely unlikely, If not Impossible, for a picking/packing error of 8 Items on the same order and consignment.

What's the combined weight of the Items you're planning to partial?

What's the combined weight of the Items you're planning to partial?

The items that i'd mostly want to keep is the jacket, one of the sweaters and the pants....
The jacket is a nylon windbreaker, but combined with the sweater and pants the weight would be well over the 100ish "limit"

The goal for the thread, was to see if anyone had se'd Guess, and to get an understanding of whether they're kinda loose with the refunding(Zalando, Amazon for example)or if the reps actually give a shit for the job they're doing.

As for the verification for the delivery, i really have no idea, whether it'd be a PO box or door delivery...

Unfortunately, i ordered the clothes last night, and 2 different shipping confirmations, showing that the order was also split :-(

As long as an OTP Is not required, the DNA Is good to go.

That puts an end to the partial method, namely the Items you're specifically planning to SE.

Unless of course, they all happen to come In either of the two shipments.

Yes, I understand that and my objective Is to clarify your Intention with the said methods against the Items.

The success rate of a refund, Is only as good as the effectiveness of the method's formulation.
