SE Asus Notebook - lattenlui - 07-07-2021 Hello, I noticed that my notebook is still under warranty, so I contacted support and wrote them that it won't start. I had to clean it because some fluid ran out of my notebook (seems to be the battery) and I want to know what to do next. Let's see what comes next from support ;-) I'll keep you updated! EDIT #1: Next step is to fill a form for RMA. They want a proof of purchase (PoP), so I'll tell them we are a big company, and it's difficult to find the invoice at our accounting dept... Or should I go with "it was a gift" or "bought it on eBay"? What's the value of the notebook? (07-07-2021, 10:02 AM)lattenlui Wrote: Or should I go with "it was a gift" or "bought it on eBay"?Is this related to avoid sending the POP? I'm not saying It will be the case, but rather there's a greater chance that It may be the case. (07-07-2021, 10:52 AM)lattenlui Wrote: Yes, to avoid POPBoth reasons are equally effective. |
