Great news! I After my first failed SE attempt I've finally got a good shot, they're ready to send me a replacement the moment I provide POP. I used the gift method to avoid sending pop but they seem to require it, and I claimed it had issues with the adapter leaking capacitor fluid along with a swollen battery.

You can use the corrupted file method, but do expect a lengthy process of repeated requests for the file.

What kind of adapter is it you are refunding?
