Might have been a pro gamer move to add that it caused your son harm. They likely flagged it as important in their ticket system and you can see they even sent a response personally in the early morning hours. You will probably succeed as long as you provide the information they require. I would be surprised if they didn't ask for proof of injury but if you even faked that, they have no way to verify without you having filed a report or insurance claim.

Companies take health & safety seriously, so that's the objective of adding personal Injury to the claim- to prioritize and deal with It asap, which has well and truly worked In that respect.

As such, they're currently on the back foot, which looks promising at this stage.

They will ask you to return the item, FTID, empty box or just fill the return with dirt! You can also try seeking out for a compensation claim Wink

Given they're expecting a return of damaged goods, It will be checked to confirm the nonfunctional Item.

What happens when they open It, only to find It's filled with dirt?
