Any one SE'd care brands like La Roche Posay or Tatcha? - FuckNCR - 06-05-2021

Ordered some products for my girlfriend, most of all liquid/semi-liquids, worth about $250, don't think a signature would be necessitated although I'll see about that. Which method would work best? DNA or damaged in transit? Not sure how critical they are of such cases.

In your case, I would suggest you wait until your package arrives. If by any chance, the driver left your parcel unsigned, that would be a perfect DNA. Though, if a signature is required, you can sign using a fake name and claim that it was not you who signed it. Alternatively, if applicable, you can also use the damaged in transit method stating that there is liquid leaks all over the package and that you are extremely disappointed since it was a perfect present for your girlfriends birthday.

If they ask to return the items, simply state that you have already disposed of them as they contain harmful substance leaks and that you have cats and dogs in your household.

Hope this helps Smile!

Who's the company you're planning to SE, and which carrier will be servicing the delivery?

Even If It Is, It cannot be used to verify that It belongs to you- namely when faking the signature.

The driver himself could've signed It, which I continue to experience a few times a week with an array of carriers.

To avoid complicating the SE, the DNA Is your best option.

Be sure they're responsible for loss of goods during transit.

Company is Tatcha. They make self care products. Haven't received shipping confirmation yet but given their estimated timeframe is 7-10 days I am guessing UPS ground or USPS without signature confirmation. It makes excellent grounds for DNA.

If the package will be left unattended at the doorstep without any form of delivery verification from yourself, then yes, It has an extremely high chance of success with the DNA.

Update on this, I contacted customer service saying I only received partial items, they asked for photos, when I denied possessing the box, they made a one time exception and provided a refund for the missing items.

Avoided DNA as their website stated that a claim would be needed with UPS which I felt was unnecessary hassle for a relatively low valued order.

That doesn't happen too often at all.

The main thing Is the SE resulted In a successful outcome, regardless of circumstances.
Congrats.
