What Kind of Methods Are They Using? - Waifu - 06-05-2021 Hello all, I came across this big discord server that claim to have what is so called "100%" guaranteed refund. They also offer a mentorship that is ridiculously funny coming at $1300 usd. What in the actual living ##@$@#!$ would pay that much just to learn something that has been used by others for almost years now, when you can just simply look them up for free... Here is there following "what they offer" for their services: https://prnt.sc/1450qkg https://prnt.sc/1450tup As you can see they they have a Wayfair Instant method for $650, Apple Refund + Double Dip for $200 with an order limit of $6.5k, a Walmart Instant method for 1k with an order limit of 20k, and finally amazon double dip with an order limit of 6k for the price of $650. Here is also their list of channels that show their successes: https://prnt.sc/1451ql9 I want to hear your opinions on what methods do you guys think they are using per store Like I stated above? They seem to have an extremely high success of refunding such stores. In my opinion for one of the stores like Wayfair, I think they might be using the "DNA" SE method as they have a high success of refunding large furniture's. RE: What Kind of Methods Are They Using? - mothered - 06-05-2021 Without going Into detail (as It will be saturated within the hour), It's basically manipulating both their delivery and refund process- which Is quite poor on Wayfair's end. Notice how the refunder has stated refund "confirmation", that's because It will be "confirmed" on the day, but not "processed". The confirmation Is the key to double and triple-dipping. RE: What Kind of Methods Are They Using? - user69 - 06-05-2021 They use a script to manipulate like @mothered sayd but I heared wayfair started to notice it and now they bill ppl RE: What Kind of Methods Are They Using? - Waifu - 06-05-2021 (06-05-2021, 10:51 AM)mothered Wrote: Without going Into detail (as It will be saturated within the hour), It's basically manipulating both their delivery and refund process- which Is quite poor on Wayfair's end. I heard walmart, wayfair, and other stores are starting to catch on from things like this and rebilling people. Also can you elaborate more on the manipulating part? Kind of getting what you are saying. Because I heard walmart does that too now but not confirmed atm. RE: What Kind of Methods Are They Using? - Roadman - 06-05-2021 I also have always wanted to know what people mean by "scripts". As for wayfair I'm pretty sure the method is contacting them saying item was damaged. Scripts are basically documents you can use to chat with your representative. I think for every site they have a "script" you can use in order to successfully play out your SE. Though for Wayfair, I have seen them SE large furniture's such as couches, tables, etc. Say for example, you state the couch was damaged, wouldn't they want the item sent back to them and/or blame you for it? Even if it was Inevitable, in my opinion, it would be hard for them to actually point out if something is for ex: damaged or not. SEing has been around for decades and it will continue to keep up with technology with different approaches of SEing methods. Even if they require proof, there can be many of different excuses that you can bring up such as being disabled. But still I can't predict the future so getting experience from now on, will definitely help in future of SE. RE: What Kind of Methods Are They Using? - Roadman - 06-06-2021 I believe if the item is too big to return wayfair will simply refund you without asking you to return. I heard if you use the wayfair app there's an option to choose 'item extremely damaged' or something like that without actually needing to message or call them. I've yet to try wayfair so don't interpret my words as advice. I'm only telling you what I've heard. I heard if you use the wayfair app there's an option to choose 'item extremely damaged' or something like that without actually needing to message or call them. You are absolutely right. If I were to own a company I would not want an item that is marked as “damaged” to be shipped back to me. It would just make it harder for me and the customer doing it. Though, I would want to be provided with proof that the item is actually damaged rather then just issuing a refund instantly. Thanks for the heads up! |
