Works with every hash type

Usage: python3 hash.py -s (hash)

Lol, it's not a cracker, it just looks for results on https://hashtoolkit.com, https://www.nitrxgen.net/ and https://md5decrypt.net

Only sha512, sha384, sha256, sha1 and md5 (and only for common public results as I pointed out above)

Yeah it just search thru web databases but its better then searching site by site like crackstation and etc

How do you know which ones are best ? I believe they use the same data for most part, even if recently I had some luck with https://hashes.com/

Welp most of time crackstation doesnt find hashes so i just pull this script and works 80% if it doesnt i just launch hashcat

and its faster then opening browser typing url pasting hash

Yeah the idea isn't bad ! While you're at it you could add more sources though, specially for sha*, hashtoolkit.com looks alright but I noticed some results missing that are on hashes.com for example (and probably many other ones as so many of these exist)
