I know Amazon keeps notes on your account but what about Nike? Can you technically do unlimited refunds on one account and not get flagged on Nike?

Every company keeps records of the account holder's activity- transactions, number of purchases and refunds/replacements etc.
Their administration/Invoicing department, Is responsible for recording the above events and more.
