Wanting to SE a pair of Sneakers - Geckoo - 05-25-2021

I've done a couple of PBEs and DNA before I even found this forum and am now looking to get me a new pair of sneakers from Yoox.com.
I planned on PBE, as I've had success in the past with that but only with clothes (order 10 pieces, PEB 2-3).
So following this M.O. I ordered 5 pairs in 2 different colours and 3 different sizes,  but I found out that the weight of the package is checked in the storage facilities and am having second thoughts about it.

Weight is 7kg.

Thoughts?

It certainly Is, for both record-keeping and cost of freight.

I'm referring to the Item you're Intending to SE as per below.

Surely that's not the weight of the sneakers?

@mothered
The package is 6.7kg with 5 pairs of the same sneakers inside, so 1 pair would be 1.34kg

On the grounds they open an Investigation and cross-check the weight against the carrier's records/manifest, It's too heavy for the PEB/partial method.

What in your opinion would be a best way to SE here; what is a good method of SE’ing shoes in general ( get an order of clothes and shoes and SE the shoe? )

i think partial wouldnt work as they could check the weight if it came in one box and shoes are too heavy? pretty sure im wrong tho.

If you opt for Nike or Adidas, they tend to not open Investigations when using the missing Item/partial method.

Alternatively, provided there are no CCTV cameras In operation, the wrong Item received method Is well-suited to an array of companies.

It doesn't change the fact that the shoes are too heavy for the PEB/partial. Whether you order 10 Items or 100 Items, It won't make any difference.

For example, given you're planning to SE a pair of sneakers at 1.3 Kg, If the weight at the carrier's depot Is not 1.3 Kg lighter on the total consignment, then the sneakers were not missing.
