Wrong Item Dimensions? - Dp110096 - 05-24-2021
Do the item dimensions matter for wrong item received? I have no problem with finding a similar weight, but the dimensions make it a little more tricky. Not sure if that matters or not.

It depends on the item & dimensions differences. If it is clothing then yes, it definitely matters.

Where applicable, as long as the wrong Item fits In the original packaging/box, then It's only the weight that you should be focusing on. Of course, common sense must be used by not selecting a wrong Item that's 10% of the original Item's size.
