What can i do with 7x serial numbers graphics cards? - Balsoan - 05-20-2021 Hey how are you guys doing? Can someone explain, because i have never done something with serial numbers, thanks RE: What can i do with 7x serial numbers graphics cards? - mothered - 05-20-2021 Provided they're still under warranty, use the serial number method by claiming Its respective Item Is defective. There's a number of ways to use the method, but It's way beyond the scope of this post to document the lot. Generally speaking, when you contact the company, the rep will (most likely) go through a few troubleshooting steps to try and determine why It's defective, which you'll obviously say It's still not functioning. After he's satisfied of the faulty Item, a refund/replacement will be authorized but only after the company receives your (seemingly) defective product. Evidently, you have no Intention to return something you don't have to begin with, hence you can box them. Alternatively, If the Item Is within their refund/replacement policy (due to a change of mind or otherwise as stated In their terms), you can ask for either of the two and once again, use the box method. Rather than returning the Item, some companies such as Logitech or SteelSeries, may request a "POD" (Proof Of Destruction), which Involves providing photographic evidence that the Item has In fact been destroyed, of which the Image/photo must be manipulated with precision to fulfill their request accordingly. But that's a different story altogether. Alright! Yes they are still under warranty. It a couples days, since the person has bought them. I just managed to get all the Serial Numbers and some pictures of the boxes etc. Correct me if i’m wrong, but the boxing is where i put something similar in weight in the box and send it to them right? I didn’t had a great experience with it. The time i tried to do that, they asked me file a police report. Did i do something wrong, or do you havr any tips? Check their terms to see whether you can get a refund/replacement for a change of mind (and the like) or otherwise. This will save you the hassle of claiming the Item Is defective. For an In depth guide, checkout my tutorial on my blog by entering "the boxing method" In the search function. Due to the nature of the method, a police report Is warranted and simply required to move forward with the claim, so It's perfectly fine to file one.
