Refunding help - conz - 05-15-2021
I would like to know what to do if I bought an armani jeans and shoes separately and I am paying with instalments so for 3 months , I pay £30 a month. Would I be able to DNA this? I paid on PayPal through card.

(Please note all swimwear must have the protective sticker intact. Earrings and underwear can’t be returned for health and hygiene reasons), provided:
- the items are unworn and unwashed
- if footwear, the items are in the original packaging/box, unworn and show no signs of wear
- the items have all tags attached
- you take good care to avoid the transfer of make-up
Don't forget to keep your postage receipt in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.

That's all it says
It doesn't mention anything about Installments but just to make sure It's fine, contact them as a random customer who wishes to claim a refund under the circumstances of Installed payments. If they say It's okay, then It won't affect the DNA method however the refund may only be applicable to the (partial) amount of payments you've already made, and not the full cost of the purchased Item.
It's Important to establish the above prior to moving forward with the SE.

You can proceed with claiming it didn't arrive if the package wasn't signed for and no photo of you personally receiving it was taken. You will get a refund and the instalment schedule will be cancelled.
