BOOHOO MAN ASKED FOR POLICE REPORT - yza - 05-15-2021
Order is worth 575, they want a police report even after I told them I take back my claim. They said they will also call the driver which is scaring me, what do I do now?

I assume you've used the DNA method.
If they had evidence to decline your claim they would've already done It, but as It stands they don't, hence the request for the PR. Just file the report- It's simply required to move forward with your claim. As for them questioning the driver, It's no big deal at all. Even If he legitimately didn't deliver the package, he'll say that he did, so his word has no Impact on your SE.

I thought you could claim dna every time for refunds, found out after that you can't and now they want me to give them a police report asap after telling them I will wait longer.

Really gotta avoid getting your picture taken.
I tried to DNA a GPU but they got a pic of me when it was delivered so I had to EB return instead.

You are still able to claim DNA under those circumstances. Ask them for the photo they took and look to see if you can see yourself, usually the photo is only of the front door or the parcel in their hands. If you cannot see yourself then just state that you haven't 'personally' received it and would therefore like a replacement or refund at the very least. Open a police report, it's completely useless but the companies just ask for it as verification to show you have done something about it. You will 100% get your refund.

If It's yourself holding the package as being Identified at your very own premises, then It will be extremely difficult (If not Impossible) to claim the DNA.
