Russian Prison has Red Phone Boxes - Jiggly - 05-14-2021

Despite the not-exactly-friendly relations between the UK and Russia, apparently wealthy Russians are investing in English-style houses with lawns, they go to pubs and shop in London, but this doesn't stop with the wealthy folk. Inmates in a Russian prison are using phoneboxes styled like the iconic red phoneboxes in the UK, with a nice Big Ben mural in the background.

The Westminster mural is there "to convey to the maximum the atmosphere of London", Gufsin said online.
One Russian with the Twitter handle "NolAmbitsiy" commented on the prison innovation: "Mum, where's my Dad? ... In London, son."

I wonder if London is a "luxury trip abroad" to the Russians? xD

They could have gone for a nice "tropical beach" scene. But they went for grey old London.
