Argos refund under £100 - yza - 05-14-2021
Honestly, I'm a little new to the refunding game but I have done a few myself using DNA. Recently, I bought something off argos with next day delivery (under £100), would I be able to refund it via DNA if I didn't sign for it? I have heard they're tough to do so I want to make sure before doing anything stupid. It was an armani watch btw

Argos have CCTV cameras In place, which essentially makes the missing Item/partial and wrong Item received method, an arduous task to SE. As such, the DNA Is the way to go.

Like a week ago but not off Argos. The package was left at my porch with no signature and the guy saw me but I don't think he took any pics of me since he left straight away.

Do remember that you did not "personally receive the package". They may try and use tracking as delivery confirmation, but It's useless for the fact that It marks the consignment delivered to the "address", and not the "person". There's a big difference between the two.

Don't listen to the inexperienced people who say it's hard. No store is hard to refund if you know what to do / say. Argos is extremely easy, the only issue you may face is how lenient the rep is. Taking your current situation into consideration, you can easily bag the refund just by claiming DNA since most Argos drivers usually sign for you with fake names if you didn't do so yourself. Calling their customer support is a lot easier and quicker, just be confident with yourself and your claim.

Just finished the call with them, this is exactly what happened. The package was signed for by clia but I have never ever heard of that name before. They are refunding both the price of the item and shipping costs.

Good to hear, they set up the perfect claim for you. Some delivery drivers can't be bothered to wait for too long and almost always end up signing the parcels themselves.
