Quote: I can get a refund or partial refund, such as small damages?
Is the DNA out of the question?

Quote:Would they really ask me to ship a 75" TV back
If you fail to send It back, you will get re-billed, or your return status will remain at "return In progress".

Probably on my blog- I have stated something to that effect.

If delivering to your own residential address, you're correct. Due to both the size and value, the driver will not simply leave It at the doorstep. Use a drop house/address, and anonymize your credentials and payment system. No doubt a signature will be required, so It's obvious what to do.

what do you do in this situation if you are asked for a PR and you've purchased using a drop address and fake credentials?

Given all your credentials are fake, you cannot be traced hence In this case, a fake PR will not Impact on you personally.
