What kind of method could that be? - Tondor - 04-29-2021

I read in a forum that someone makes refunds for others, exclusively through Paypal. In his terms he thinks you have to make at least a $1000 order. He does not do it through Ebay or Amazon. He claims you can sign for the package normally. The method would also only go once and you would have to wait 4-5 months, for the next refund. It also doesn't matter if the products are sold through a third party or sold directly through the vendor.

What kind of method does he use? I have never heard of this before and I am quite skeptical....

It sounds like he's filing a dispute/claim through PayPal's Resolution Centre.

There's only two things you can claim via PayPal- INR (Item Not Received) and SNAD (Significantly Not As Described). From an SEing standpoint, both are the DNA and wrong Item received respectively, so he'll be using either of the two methods per SE.
