My case :
Ordered a gopro camera from amazon.de ( 300 euro ) and said the camera is not included in its box and only things that i received are the accesories. The live chat rep didnt initiate the refund and instead i got an email to send an affidativ signed and they will investigate for 3 days. After their investigation they asked for police report. The camera only weight 100 grams. Perhaps they linked my adress/account to my other ones or the method is patched and they always ask for police report now. Anybody wanna share their experiences ? thanks

Was the camera delivered from Amazon Delivery service?
Idk why but it's much harder in germany when they are delivering it instead of ALL other companies.

If they did, they would've already done so prior to Issuing the affidavit and requesting a PR.

ill just return it for the following reasons : 1) filing a false PR is a crime and the police will investigate it. Maybe for other countries its different but for my its not good
2) Amazon will only accept the police report in english/german language which is bullshit
3) The report needs to be finalised.
Ill just return it and try another time
