Can anyone explain how this is possible? Script or is it simpler than that.

Just amazed that this exists when PayPal notoriously takes weeks

The quickest way to get a refund on PayPal is if you claim that you didn't authorize the transaction. Otherwise you are looking at an average of 21 days for any claim resolution.

Even that depends. I've had some legitimate disputes last more than 3 months, in the case of international sellers.

No doubt if a transaction is unauthorized, it will be fixed sooner.

A lot of people claim to sell these "instant refunds" most are scams, the most instant people come across now are scripts or dna/eb.

I'd be looking Into the authenticity of their claim.

PayPal has strict policies In place, so I don't see how a script can alter their refund process.
