New Amazon SE method? - Toxicpilot - 03-31-2021
So I have a mix up with Amazon going on right now. I had a 50 dollar part that I was legit returning due to a defect. When I went to return it I mistaken selected replace. Later the next day I canceled the replacement and asked for a refund. The ups driver came that day with the label and I handed the package off. The next day he came back with a new label and looking for the same package. Now while it has been some time since this has happened it seems Amazon has lost this package. Customer service told me to wait another week and if I haven't received the refund to contact them directly and they would issue a manual refund. I will be testing this method again in the future. Have no idea how often this could work or if it will even work for anyone else. But I just wanted to throw it out there in case you have ran out of options for your se. No the package i handed him was the product Ithat had to be replaced. But Amazon has basically told me they have no idea where the package is at. But they refunded me anyway.
I asked Amazon if they had received the package because I was worried the mix up could have kept me from being refunded. They told me they had to wait the time period but that they weren't sure where the package was at but they would issue refund the following week.
