Bose S/N SE - xVita - 03-31-2021
Hey hey it's me again
Recently I got a S/N for the Bose Noise Cancelling Headphones 700
SILBER and they want me to first send the damaged pair to them.
I've also got a return label already.
How should I continue for the best result?
Quick Edit: It has still warranty on it and I did a warranty claim on their website!

Probably dry ice if you can get it weighed would be best. I've heard people saying that they sent them tape and they weren't having any of it. Or lost in transit. Have they given you a label?

Yep I got a label from UPS

As with @sadler223's post above, I was also thinking of boxing them, hence my Initial question about the size & weight. It's not too heavy for a weight substitute and Its size Is practicable to box, so the method Is well-suited under the circumstances.

My experience with bose, they send a link with the UPS label - kept telling them when i click it no label and advise them on the phone i would send it to them
Faked a proof of postage, call them up in 4-5 weeks, ask where it is. They'll start an investigation and send you a new pair
EDIT: the PoP had no tracking.

That's actually pretty creative, I might try this with another company. What company did you 'ship' with?

About to give this ago, pretty good with FTID and receipt editing so will give it a try.
In regards to getting it delivered to my house, whats the worse that could happen since you're taking out the warranty on someone elses item??
I already have a serial, with warranty and ive already applied for the return.
