Amazon DNA - codyzheng - 03-25-2021 I'm a bit new with the SE stuff but I tried to DNA on an amazon package for a $250 monitor. The dispatch told me to file for an investigation with the police. Is there anything I can do to get the refund through? RE: Amazon DNA - mothered - 03-25-2021 They've opened an Investigation and require a police report to move forward with the claim. It's part of company protocol, so rest assured, there's no cause for concern. Go ahead and file one. They will Include It In their Investigation during the assessment of your claim, and get back to you when a decision Is made.
