my keyboard SE'ing attempt - xVita - 03-23-2021

Hey hey
It's me again Biggrin (I just love this forum) Heart
So 5 days ago I ordered a Keyboard (Roccat TKL Pro) and got it on the next day.
After receiving the package i called the Amazon Support and told them that the package was sealed but another used keyboard was in there.
(It was my old 20€ TKL (ten key less) keyboard which had the exact same weight +/- 20gramm)
I put my old keyboard into the package and got my return label.
Now I'm waiting for the confirmation that it arrived to get my money back! Smile
(ofc I'm going to update if something happening)
Whoever is reading this ... have a wonderful day! Wink

The main thing Is, they've accepted your story of receiving the Incorrect/used keyboard, so that's a positive sign.

Please reply when you receive their response.

Got a mail from ofm@Amazon.de with a message that they checked my purchase history and that I often DNA'd them (real DNA's not as a SE'r). They want me to check my address and shipping information.
In the web they say that this email is the yellow card/flag from them.
Well gonna have to create a new one in the future I guess.

That's a standard message when claiming you did not receive your goods.

Where does your SE stand now?

They said they have way too much refunds and that I have to wait for 3 - 7 days. The package already arrived the Amazon refund center 7 days ago.

Yes, based on your post as per below.
Quote:They want me to check my address and shipping information.

Under these circumstances, messages received from Amazon containing the "ofm" prefix, are standard messages sent by Amazon's Account Specialist team (just a bunch of office staff with a fanciful name).

A general example Is this:
Quote:We've recently reviewed your account for order activity details. You order history shows that you have claimed refunds for Items that you did not receive. We know that occasional problems with orders are expected In the normal course of business, and refunds and replacements may be Issued. To help prevent another missed delivery, please verify your shipping address with the correct Information.

Wait 3-7 days for what reason?

RE: my keyboard SE'ing attempt - xVita - 03-31-2021

Because they still didn't check the refund.
That was their reason lol

Excellent to read.

Contacting with a friendly reminder about the claim's standing, Is always good practice. This clearly demonstrates just that.
A job well done Indeed, congrats.
