boxing method - umpal00mpa - 03-22-2021

Ive done the paypal method through a refund service and they basically box them after paypal asks to return the item.. then they ignore the company until the paypal dispute period passes and paypal rules in your favour.. what i wanna know is how do they send like a 4kg item.. to the right address. What do they send in it. It cant be dry ice right? And the same with all the other clothing stores they offer, they do the boxing method but im pretty sure its not dry ice. Can anyone apart from mothered explain, his real world knowledge seems weak.

All they do is send a small envelope so PayPal can lose it and they cant say anything because its shown as delivered to them. ITs a lot more to it then that but that's the generally jest.

lol the 'general jist' is the difference between getting a criminal record and not.. like how do they make sure it gets lost. if you send an empty parcel and they dont throw it away they will have evidence against you. so ur fucked. pretty big generalisations here

Fill a box with old books or whatever to make it 4kg. Edit the shipping label so that the parcel gets delivered to a business on the same road by editing the address but leaving the barcode. Remove everything else from the label so it can't be traced back to you. The tracking will show that it has been delivered to the correct place with the correct weight, but in reality it has been delivered to a business nearby. The barcode on the label is unchanged so the receipt and everything will be correct.

I may be wrong but i'm pretty sure that is how it works.

Bit harsh on Mothered as well, his real world knowledge is definitely not weak.

Unlikely you'll get a criminal record even if they find the parcel. Just have to think of a good enough excuse like you put the label on the wrong box so got mixed up or whatever.

Except the actual address will still show when the driver scans the barcode before dropping the parcel. Not saying it never works (especially during busy periods), but if you're willing to take chances you might as well go with the LIT method. It is more reliable than a so-called FTID as the carrier is unable to deliver/return the package and has to take responsibility for it.

As for the criminal record thing, I believe manipulating labels is technically mail fraud in the US, punishable at the federal level.

Hilarious. Thanks for the entertainment.

Prior to reading your comment, I was posting a solution that would've solidified your SE but given you don't require my assistance, I've omitted It.

^ Nailed It.

If you're living In the 60s when scanning systems were non-existent, then yes, It will work based on the details of the shipping label.

this is what i mean.. ive done this multiple times each time delivered to the edited address.. literally every single time.. and every time se worked bar none. so yes your theoretical chat and knowledge is great and thanks for your effort. but its a lot more messy in the real world, sometimes doing literally the dumbest thing is the best option.

Ive done this guys paypal service already and he 100% puts the correct address on the envelope as thats the one he gives you to submit. But also I checked there doesnt seem to be any weight on the label.. So maybe he just sends an emty envelope. If that is thr case im just surprised the company doesnt flag this with paypal in the ensuing claim. Thoughts?

For the reasons stated In my blog, I'm not suggesting that It will fail each and every time, but rather the failure rate due to consignments operating on a scanning system. If those Involved are brain-dead and do not follow company protocol, then yes, It has a chance of working- which has most likely happened In your case.

I have 30+ years of experience In warehousing, logistics and freight distribution so my comments are well and truly based on first-hand real world events. Without naming specifics, I can guarantee that It will not work 100% of the time In my level of employment.

Anyway, well done with your SEs.
