I assume you didn't Virus Scan the Folders though?? It's got Windows Trojan inside!
I understand that they're intended, and assumed to be safe, since they're "Evil Files"

Hacking courses folders often include hacking tools to do the work, and hacking tools often include viruses. So it's preferable to run them in a sandbox or VM.
